GENERAL
- Elandela Private Game Lodge accommodation will only be confirmed upon receipt of
full pre-payment there of.
- Elandela Lodge accepts payment by Visa- or Master Card, as well as electronic bank
transfer to our account.
Payments are non refundable if cancellations are made less than
30 days before the reserved arrival date. All refunds are charged a 10% administration fee.
- Elandela Lodge is a Child Friendly Lodge. Families are welcome and children under 12
are
charged child rate. Children of all ages are welcome on our game drives, but under
strict parental supervision.
- Check in time is after 12h00. check out time is 10h00.
- Indemnity – all guests are required to sign an indemnity, which indemnifies Elandela Lodge
and
its owners and employees from any and all claims, which may result to your body or
belongings during your stay at Elandela Lodge, even if due to negligence or theft.
- Elandela Lodge accepts payment for all extra consumables or excursions upon check out
before departure, in S.A. Rand, Visa – or Master Card, US Dollars or in Euros.
- South Africa uses a three, round, prong electric plug outlet and the current is 220 Volts.
International Adaptors are for sale if needed.
